As a starter 40K fan, I sometimes think I missed the party. The Guard looks awesome-so it pisses me off that it's out of production.

Seriously... sometimes it's things like this that make you think that GW is trying a mite too hard about the whole 'grim dark' thing.

Oh, well... if I ever manage to get a copy of the "Only War" RPG, I'm definitely gonna play at least an adventure as a Praetorian Guard squad.

Well tbh I am a late starter too being more into medieval and fantasy stuff but my son is such a total nut over W40K that he converted me about a year or so ago and I ain't looked back
Me...I like the grim and dark stuff because (as we all know) in the grim darkness of the far future, there is only war....

I've been a 40k fan for a while and it's not just you that thinks that, they do try a little too hard.

And cool if ya like I might be able to pick a copy of that up for ya one of these days.

As for the pic damn nice editing couldn't have chosen a better movie for it.

Thanks for the comment buddy .....although it's not exactly right uniform-wise the stuff I do is seldom right on the money.The guys who look and fav my stuff (thanks again to em all) are pretty forgiving...lucky for me lol

No problem. And true but it's pretty close, a hell of a lot closer then I could have managed that's good enough for me. Ya did a very good job here I think even if a few details aren't 100% accurate. So I guess I'm forgiving too.
