I'm really sorry I have been rather inactive lately, but I'll try to improve that.This took a while to finish but I'm pretty happy with it. I haven't really had much practice with drawing fire yet but it turned out pretty okay, even though it could still use some work.
Working with the fire as a second light source was a bit confusing, so there might be some mistakes I made.
I would appreciate critiques on this one, mostly because I didn't really know what I was doing.
Edit: There was a little mistake that kept bothering me, so I edited it.

Just a line I needed to position somewhere else. It made the anatomy look off.

I like the overall atmosphere of the image.
The fire effects look quite realistic, you could have painted a few flames a bit sharper to enhace the realism.
The reflected light on the character's skin and hair add to your image's realism.
The character's expression looks nice too, like she's really enjoying the whole thing
I would have used less reflected light on her collar bones, because this part of the body is not that prominent in real life.
However, I admire your light&shade skills which make this picture so beautiful.

I think it turned out pretty well, though I don't think we can see her wings too clearly. The fire texture is pretty convincing.

The wings aren't supposed to be a focus, so I don't really mind that they are barely visible. They also weren't in the original image that I based this on.

School applications are expensive and time consuming after all. Luckily you don't have to school at the same time.

Actually, school applications don't really cost anything here? Well, except postal fees if you send them in on paper.
Also, it would be kind of hard to apply to a university if your final score isn't out yet, so school needs to be over before one can even apply.

We'll get them officially on the 17th. We have to send them to the university or schooll we apply to ourselves because some of them don't request them at all.

It might be possible to request your school to send transcripts to universities once they're finalized. I could do that for my GRE exam and on applications it may have the option the score isn't out yet. Might there be something like that for you?
