Description I guess most of you already know this stuff, but I had a conversation with the other day and she asked me about layers, so I thought it would be easier to explain if I made a tutorial like thing about it with actual screenshots.

I use the Hungarian version of Photoshop CS2.
You need a tablet if you wanna draw in PS like that.
This "tutorial" is mostly about how to make a sketch on a separate layer without it "disappearing" and how to turn an already existing digital or traditional lineart into a separate layer ready to be coloured.

PS: I like to overcomplicate things! XD;;; Still, I tried to make this as simple and understandable as I could. But if you still have questions, ask!

PPS: I know I'd been asked to do a tutorial about drawing human characters, but I still don't think I'm good enough to do a tutorial about that, sorry...

Will be scrapped later.

This makes a lot of sense. I must admit that is how I have been doing it. But the last thing about keeping the color was new to me so thanks so much!
