Appearance: Laurelslash is a mottled tortoiseshell she-cat with piercing yellow eyes and white on three of her paws. She has very thick fur, thicker around the neck, with a creamy tail. She has tears in one ear and a scar along her nose. She also has scars on her left shoulder, left upper back, and right side. She has a marking under her left eye and a splotch around her right. She has freckles on her face as well, also a blaze with two black spots on it. Her nose is black with lighter grey spots, and she has orangy-pink paw pads and ear insides. She is three feet tall.

Backstory: Laurelslash was always overlooked in favor of her brother, Tanglefur. Ever since they were just Laurelkit and Tanglekit, he was the Clan’s favorite kit, because he looked like their father, Thornheart, the Clan deputy. After Thornheart’s passing, Tanglefur was made deputy. Laurelslash, tired of being overlooked even though she was the better warrior, killed him in a fit of cold rage while the two were patrolling together. She blamed it on a rogue, and was made deputy shortly after. She found a mate and had a single kit, Sparrowfeather. Shortly before Sparrowkit was born, her mate died of greencough. About thirteen moons after Tanglefur’s death, her secret was found out, and she was exiled. Shortly after, she was hit by a monster and woke in the Dark Forest.
