From a post-manga scene in my head in which Sesshoumaru is typically unpredictable and saves his little half-brother's life from a situation that InuYasha bit off then found way too big to chew.

Kinda typical of them, lawl. Not that Sesshoumaru ever admits to being a hero. But lol he is, fairly frequently higher up in the manga chapters and anime episodes.

They're both sweating and Sesshoumaru is trying to hold InuYasha up by one arm while poison clawing the enemy with the other. Ironically, which arm is it that he's holding baby brother up with? Yep, lol, the one baby brother cut off, then Sesshoumaru regenerated along with Bakusaiga when he "let go of his bitter craving for Tetsusaiga," as Totosai has said.

Yes I realize mokomoko (better known as Teh Fluff) is draped over both of Sesshoumaru's shoulders rather than one. This is canonically accurate: It's a part of his body, but also detachable. I have no idea how this is possible, but Rumiko Takahashi said so, so I shall believe her, rofl.
