“Maybe He’s Born With It Redux”
Tarbosaurus bataar. An acrylic painting of Khan, a male Tarbosaurus, showing off his long locks of luxurious display feathers.
Directly inspired by a portrait of a lion by Greg Beecham, I wanted to do a closeup portrait of one of my dinosaur characters. Being a smaller painting when compared to my other projects, this was a fun little excursion from some of my larger projects and commissions (which will be posted soon enough).
Completed in early April 2024.
Done using acrylics, color pencils, inks and Photoshop CC.
