Description
I've been watching Carnivale this last couple of weeks and it has finally crept into my subconscious and back out into my art...55x56 cm acrylic ink, paint on hand made paper.

Love the way you found the tree amongst the colors & gave it form & the way the wind ( dots ) seem to having a great denuding it & playing with it's leaves.

It's a style of art that requires one to be bold. I've done pen and wash in the past too, where the wash comes first, and then as the various aspects of the picture appear in the blending, I have added in the details. Those sorts of pictures tend to grow as they develop and don't necessarily come from any preconceived idea! Haven't done anything like that for years now!
