I'm about 87% this is going to safely stay here. As far as the rules go, I could just argue that this is a drawing of a helpful lady providing a place for a tired gentleman to sit. It's just happenstance that they are both in the nude and he chose to sit down facing backwards, as some people have been known to do.

If it gets removed, it will either be due to somebody misapplying the official rules, or an overzealous staff member thinking this is icky. I'm well versed in FAQ 565, and although the intent of this image is obvious, it does not explicitly depict penetration, sexual fluids, contact between orifices in any combination, or even genitalia (unless boobs count).

Hell, they aren't even sweating or making "O-faces". 

FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be?
