XD
Pity about the whole 'Aeris thing', though.

The angled shot makes her seem more menacing. I like the way the bottom of her dress looks blown up too.

*twitch* Must... fave....
Aeris looks so awesome. Perspective, proportions, expression is great. O_O I don't know how you do it!
(Her hair kicks ass too. )

I like your use of foreshortening. You drew the details of her clothes and hair really well.
Are her legs slightly bent?

She's leaning back a little -- I suppose I should have added some shading on her lower leg to aid with perspective there.
I did have trouble with her legs, though, so I'll probably shift the leg as Yun suggested

I think you did really well considering the perspective you were drawing in.
I kinda got the impression that you were trying to draw the figure entirely on the plane bounded by the paper's edges. Just my impression, though.

I love this piece. There is a deep meaning to it. Did you have any philosophical representations in mind? The structure, the technique, they are all 100% here. Keep up the good work. By the way, take a look at my archives if you have a chance. Though they are nothing compared to yours.

I guess I based it around revenge. It's weird because revenge and Aerith really don't mix well XD
Most of the art I've seen of Aerith/Aeris protrays her as the holy, untainted type. I wanted to elaborate that she is in fact one of the bravest characters in the game ..
Thank you.
I had a look at your devGallery - I don't know what you mean! Your art is amazing: the work with traditional media -- especially the colouring -- I just don't think I'd ever have the patience!

Niiiiiice!!!!
Yes, the perspective is very nicely done. The shadows cast on her face give her a strong determined look.
Though, I think if you draw her shoes a little bigger/rounder and shift them diagonally to the left just a teeny bit the perspective will be absolutely perfect. Her body curves slightly to the right towards the bottom. (it's very slight and hardly noticeable)

Actually on second thought, if you move just the right foot slightly left so that her feet are spread further apart it will give her a sturdier, more grounded stance in addition to making the perspective more realistic.

Hey, thanks for noticing that -
I was drawing the sketch with the A4 page full aligned, so I didn't see it myself. *tilts head* o__O;;;
If I edited the actual sketch, her foot will be cut off, so that god for custom canvas sizing on CG programs!

Don't think it'll be done/started in a while, though.
