I like the shading on her clothes. Nice cel-shading.
I think her hips are either too small or her thighs are too thick, or possibly both. The fingers on her right hand look disturbing though.

I like this. The image to me makes me think her inner thoughts are 'I'm so happy and lovable, I'm gonna kick your ass.'
Proportions and pencilling is great - but the coloring really has me here, particularly on the bunny ears. Very nice uses of color shading and brightness in all the right places.

I wasn't very satisfied with the lineart, until it was coloured.
The proportions just seemed totally out before XD
