Like seriously Taikobou is the most underhanded, dirty-fighting and cunning character I've ever seen, he beats majority of the villains from other stories with his love for fighting dirty XDOh for those of you who don't read Houshin Engi, the hippo is Taikobou's best friend, they've been together for years.

A really fun one, lots of plot twists and the protagonist is a scheming, crafty, sneaky trickster of a character, not your usual shonen-protagonist

The best thing is that his trickery quite often led them to victory ^^ The Turning Sea into Sake was one of the most hilarious tactics.

Ah 4koma ?? Yeah I think I remember something like that [scratches his head] He was pretty pissed off wasn't he XD Poor Raishinshi he got turned into background character later in the story. To be honest I was really sad that anime didn't show all those power ups Nataku and Raishinshi got, they received some really badass equipment.

Yeah I really both him and the anime it was so... different from Dragon Ball and Pokemon. Slayers, Soul Hunter and Magical Knights Rayearth [sigh with nostalgia] Those were the days
Haha Shirou/Archer's Pops, Oh yes I heard about him many times XD Saber really didn't like his "Kill a handful of people to protect a lot of people" not to mention using explosives and firearms to take on other magicians XD

But back to Soul Hunter, I always thought that the ending of the anime was kinda asspullish and now I know why, they cut the story short when it was getting Really interesting. And we didn't even got to learn the truth about Youzen, and Naraku never got all those mid-season upgrades and new weapons, Ah manga beats the anime hands down

You certainly should, a really fun and unconventional shonen, where else a protagonist is a treacherous, scheming, lazy bum of a guy XD And it only gets better in the part of manga which wasn't shown in the anime.
Btw. are you familiar with Fate/Stay night, Zero no Tsukaima and Sekirei ??

A fanfic in which Louise summons Emiya Shirou instead of Saito... and he is totally awesome, a dark, snarky, cynical badass. Remember that Rock Golem Fouqet used to break into Academy ?? He goes and blows one of its arms to pieces with an "arrow" and then it only gets more and more awesome ending with Shirou fighting that enormous "thing" at the end of the third series all by himself, and beating it to boot. Lots of awesome, snark and comedy ensues in this fic. And if you start reading Sekirei you should also try this

Hmm Taikobou in a martial artist tournament... not really he is relatively weak when it comes to physical combat, his disciple Bukichi would fit though, he is strong, fast, touch and can heal almost as quickly as Wolverine XD Naah Suupuushan is pretty much a flying Moomin and looks like this

Well he was threatening an enemy, a very sweet and childish girl who was in love with Suupuushan... it worked... kinda... in a strange way... you've got to see this to understand XD Taikobou and his Other Self together with their Combined Self are a Light-hearted and Cheerful Yagami Light of Houshin Engi XD

Yeah, a Thanatos Gambit, he had to die for Outenkun to get his hands on him AND to merge with each other... and then they used Soul Splitting as a weapon against Jouka XD This is one crazy manga (yeah I finished it, the last chapter rocked, Taikobou messing with Supuu and Bukichi XD
