Hello my friends!
It's being a long time since i made something for deviantart. I'm a bit busy lately but even though i have on schedule some new concepts. This is a simple one, showing how i imagine deviantart's metro application that could be uploaded on Microsoft's Marketplace and installed on Windows 8 OS's. You can use the search box and find any deviant's member account.
You can see anything related to that Profile including more details on the Main page, Gallery etc. The most important of this concept app is the way you can navigate through the gallery with an easy and fast way.
You can zoom in and out on any preview, download a deviation, add them to your favourites, check the statistics, forward to a friend, sort them by most viewed or recents and simply enjoy it!

i agree totally, but in the same respects they picked with what people recognize most with, it's like when you remember michael jackson then he gets his entire face changed...you wont recognize it anymore and in some cases it might scare people.

launch metro app - mouse over to bottom left corner, move cursor parallely up, u should see the metro app but smaller in top left. Drag that smaller metro app, which can then be snapped to the left or right.

it works yeah but its not working as the same with developer preview..we can change the size of it or do anything else..as u snap it it shows the bar but it hides again..a bit strange..mm..but i like it somehow

Well sorry for that Ryan..no it's not the real..i named it "concept" for that reason..the whole work is just a concept and it was never built to a real app..if deviantart feels i need to remove it or change it with the official deviantart's logo i can do it anytime! I just never thought that this will bring problems to the community! It wasn't on purpose for sure!

HaHa that is a good point too it was not just the da green though it was the sort of windrows metro style when you look at previews you see them using stock colors not just whit XD. and no probs on the fave
