You might have thought of this already...
but just a suggestion:
Holding the mouse button over one of the "bubbles" brings up icons around it. Such icons perhaps are similar to the ones around the center bubble in your concept, the download manager one. Moving the mouse away from the bubble now, still pressed (direction very important) towards one of the smaller icons enlarges it, and if now the mouse button is released, the function of the enlarged icon commences.
Example: holding down on the windows explorer bubble allows smaller icons around it to appear (various animations can be used), perhaps showing smaller icons like "pictures" or "videos" or "documents."
Needless to say, all that can be done similarly with a touch interface.

ohh yesssss...i thought some things but not so many cz i havent any time..but im sure the next concept will be a strong come back..i have many things in mind but i want to include yr suggestion definitely..it sounds very interesting so i ll study it more this time so i ll make more previews to show the work of those bubbles..expanding icons,bubble rotations and drags of them, such things..maybe i ll do an emulator i dont know i ll see..

I can only hope. Maybe send this to microsoft? haha, this design has too much potential. If you ever release anything like that I'll assure you I'll be trying it out lol.

it offers many possible touch action variants, like turning the Bubbles to get t the settings and things like that...
i also like the graphics in general
