Heh, well, augustmelody said just about everything I wanted to, but I can't help commenting anyways, because it is a lovely piece. What usually first draws me to a particular work is composition, but in this one it was the subtle colors and variations in lines (not that the composition isn't also good, of course).
I usually dont' bother with full views, since they take so long to load on my computer, but I wanted to see what augustmelody was talking about. And it was definitely worth it; there's so much more the picture than I originally saw.
Wow, and I just saw how many different mediums you used. There really is a lot going on in this seemingly simple picture.
Great job!

I was mostly obsessed with the way the charcole absorbes the ink and creates a matt type texture, soooo wonderful!!! I also love using a pipet and just dribbling the ink in lines (And thanks for your fabulous comment too )

This is truly one of the most interesting drawings I've seen. The fullview is wonderfully rewarding; everything about it is unique. At first glance, what's interesting are the subtle blue hues, but upon viewing the fullview, I see all sorts of lines and bush techniques and dilations that I absolutely love. Terrific work.

Oh thank you so much I'm really glad you like it... This is more experimental towards other drawings of trees I've done, but I need to get photos of them, they are still on the wall at my previous college... I usually do the whole drawing constructed of continuous lines... I'm obsessed with the linear qualities of trees...
