Description Working homemade crossbow made of junk wood and other metallic parts. It has a polistirol cheek rest, which is really comfortable The limbs are made of umbrella parts, just like in the first crossbow.

It shouldnt be too hard, the trigger is going t be a pain in the ass to make though..

Do you have tbe dimensious and stuff for yours?

Its not that hard to make the trigger part. I used the umbrellas little metal part, that holds the umbrella closed. Normally it is like a little piece of metal, and the other end is usually covered with plastic. If you take apart the umbrella, you get a ca. 5 centimeters long thin metal thing. That is what i used to make the trigger. i think, It is similar to the third crossbow's. You can see it in my gallery.

Wow! Wonderful! I wanted to make an DIY crossbow myself, but I'm too lazy and have quite feel tools to make it... I think I will try this one as soon as my umbrella brokes

You will only need a saw, a drill, some wood and of course an umbrella
It's not a big deal to make one, i assembled it in about 2 days

And does it pack a punch? How do you made the bolts? I will surelly hunt some junk wood and broken umbrellas, seens awesome!

Why don't you upload a tutorial for making DIY crossbows? It would be great!

Well, the first crossbow is a little more powerful. The bolts are straws with steel tips (I don't know where did I find them )
A tutorial? Sounds good I think I will make one this weekend, because I still got 4 umbrella "arms", and some wood
