Description Working homemade crossbow made of junk wood and other metallic parts. I made it yesterday, and finished it today. The limbs are made of umbrella parts, just like in the other two crossbows.

Some data about the crossbow:
-Length (mm): 635
-Weight (g): 600
Effective range (m): ca. 10
Maximum range (m) ca. 20

Awesome job, but..., now don't get all huffy because of a little criticism, ok? I'm Your bud. The bow should be on the front of the rig, it is, but You have it under the front. Oh, and where You have the trigger return spring, I'd drill a hole towards the top of the trigger, run the end of the spring there (above where Your finger would go), then fasten the other end of the spring higher up on the hand gaurd on the rig.

Other than those issues, great job. How many pound pull does this crossbow have?

Thank for the criticism Well, I tried my best No, seriously, the bow is there, because the wood I used is "fragile" and cracks when it takes horizontal force. If you watch it, everything I screwed to the wood is vertical, because it was more reliable to use that way. The trigger... well, thats my fault, because I used the umbrella's opening device, and its not strong. If I have made a trigger by steel, I would moved the spring as well. The other reason is the torque, because the arms draw are quite strong, and the string would have enough force to randomly go ahead -> shoot the bow.
I can't measure the pull, I dont have such a device, sorry :/ but you can pull it with a single hand, so it's not that much. I hope you understood, my english is not very good
