www.patreon.com/posts/sneetche…Those of my older followers will remember I created a poster of a hypothetical CGI animated movie based on Dr. Seuss's The Sneetches. I really wanted to develop the overall look and tone of it more, and these two pieces resulted in it! I imagine the additional story material to be inspired by John Hughes films and take place somewhere in the 1980's. The expanded cast will frequent an idealistically beautiful, worn out beach town with a boardwalk, that hosts a lot of social inequality derived from the stars on their bellies. The yet-unnamed main character will be a late teenager or early 20's guy without a star who signs up for Mr. McBean's star contraption in hopes of gaining respect.

Looks legit! Like concept art for a Sneetches movie.
Perhaps with what's going on in the world at the moment, we would NEED a Sneetches movie to teach us about equality and such.

YES! And the end would involve all the character reconciling with those they disrespected and then the end credits will have this www.youtube.com/watch?v=azfVGB… play over it. The beach setting makes it ideal for companies plugging summer activity sales.
