Well, this is the black and white version of my picture of the Nutcracker Trio from my comic The Nutcracker: Pas De Deux.From left to right: The Rat King, Irina(descendant of Clara) and The Nutcracker Prince himself...
My only problem with this picture is how the Nutcracker came out... he came out alot girlier than I wanted him and developed what I call mascara syndrome... his lips are too thick as well... they are normally thinner, though normally thick lips on boys are pretty sexy.
Alright! Well, I hope you like it... and I wanted to post this before I color it in case I destroy it with colors.

ahaha you know I think your style is evolving just a little. It still VERY much looks like your art but definitely something has changed. These characters are really coming along nicely in their evolution and the such as well. I'm really starting to get REALLY into this and cant wait until its a comic. And I like the big lips and dont think your nutcracker looks like a girl at all ^^ Oh and seriously...Irina

What do you think of Copic pens? I was thinking of trying them out. Are they any better than Microns?

I actually like them better than microns... and they are just as expensive... But I have better control with them because they aren't as watery as microns to me... so it's easier for me to make quick strokes without me worrying about it wavering too much or being to squiggly.

Hmm. Do they handle erasers ok? Microns fade so damn much when you erase over them.
I got a gift certificate from my coworkers for Utrecht and it's burning a hole in my pocket. 8D I was thinking of getting those with it.
