Ten years ago, Nickelodeon changed their logo from iconic splat to the more simplistic type . I remember when I saw this sudden change, I was so frickin' confused and struggled to accept this new logo. However, over time, I started to get used to this logo and eventually began to like it, but I still highly prefer the original logo.In this drawing, I can only imagine the logo change to be a friendly handshake between the two logos, wishing each other for the best. As for their arms and legs are transparent, it's a style I saw in a Schoolhouse Rock! video, and decided to use it for the sake of simplicity.

It is true that this change of logo can be disruptive. I do not know why and think we'll never know ... unless we get married to the old boss of Nickelodeon and that by a "special" night, she tells us all.

I wish they've kept the old logo, cause the new one was shit. It's honestly hard to say goodbye, it's so horrendous and I can't of one thing I've smile at when I said goodbye to the old logo.
