This journal skin was requested by =Rehugun . He requested a blue background with non-neon yellow text and commission information in a sidebar. By the way, you can edit all your commission information any time if it changes, just go to the header section.

I posted it here so it was easy for you to install. If you'd prefer me just send you the .txt file instead I'll do that. Note me if you have any problems. (:

I had to get some help with the sidebar this time because I was running out of time and had a brain block on some crucial coding skills needed for the sidebar. Thank you `DigitalPhenom for the free journal css which brought back my memory.

So you've installed the journal skin and it's not working? Well, actually that's because you're missing a bit of the code. I've given a special section of the code to =Rehugun so anybody else who tries to use this skin will have trouble with it. Sorry, it's because I didn't put his name in the header image. And yes, I am perfectly aware that what I've altered (stuffed up) can be easily fixed if you have even the simplest knowledge of CSS and a good eye but if you have CSS knowledge why are you bothered to use somebody else's journal without permission? If you're lazy, go search for some free journal skins!
