Are we all excited about the groups system? Yes?!
This is just a fairly in-depth tutorial explaining step-by-step how a deviant can submit their artwork to the group they belong in.
Watchers can only contribute artwork to a group if the admins have allowed for this. Normally subject to vote. The average member can generally contribute artwork to some/most/all folders. Any deviant in an administrative level (contributor, co-founder, founder) can generally contribute artwork to all folders.This information is based on the settings the admins of your group have set and will not always be correct.
We made this tutorial for the members of any groups out there who have converted to a group as a alpha or beta tester. This information should help a little.
You're welcome to share this tutorial with others, but please do not resubmit or claim it.

Please ignore the line about watchers not being able to submit in the tutorial, this is not true. Lastly, thanks especially to ~tanniecookie . Without her, #alwaysmotivated would not have been able to convert to a group as a beta tester.

It would be a good idea to contact the administrator of the group and let them know that the folder is full.
From there they'll either create a new folder or help you out in another way.

Hi there, only when a deviant has sufficient permissions to submit to a group (e.g. if they are a member of the group) will the '+' plus sign button for submitting deviations appear in the gallery of the group. So my guess is, you have the privileges to submit to that group, but perhaps the button is bugged. For a temporary fix, I suggest contacting the group's administrator and perhaps asking them to manually add your deviation to the group's gallery. It may also be a good idea to let the administrator know that this is happening and contacting (or asking the administrator to contact) devBUG to see if the issue can be resolved permanently. Hope that helps!

I think it was mainly because of the weak internet I had for the past two days.

I can only submit to the feature folder in one of the groups I am in. Is there a reason for this?

Well you can move any art work to a different folder if you want. But i dont think my members can submit it to any folder. I found you have to have a super group in order to fix that

Without the upgrade. It has to be done as the admin or founder of the group. In Manage Members, under Members on Gallery... it should say All Folders.

When does my pending contribution NOT appear in my message center?
I hear there are specific situations when the contribution request have been sent, but you can't see it, but I'm not sure about it. I need to know if I have to wait for the admin's decision, or was there any errors, and my request wasn't sent at all.

ive created a group called hollowed-bleach but my members can contribute. Do you know where i can change these kind of settings?

I'm a member of Shizu-ChanFC (doesn't have an icon yet) and our founder is having trouble getting a gallery folder set up to allow non-admins to submit to it. I need to submit to it so our group can have our first icon, but she can't figure it out. I decided to try to help her and found this article. Do you have any idea how she could get that to work? There isn't even a "Contribute Art" button on the homepage. :/
