Description !!!PLEASE READ!!!
I'm not using blender anymore and so my memory about how it works is... well... pretty much erased
Before asking a question it might be good to look through the comments~ Maybe your question has already been asked&answered?
Any questions that couldn't be answered with this tutorial I'm probably also not capable of answering so you might want to look for other tutorials first~
READ:
I use Blender 2.48 a for this (If you haven't read in the picture) so if you're using a NEWER or OLDER version, some things might be different and I won't be able to help you too well since I stopped using blender :')
So if you can't do certain things like they're described here, try 2.48 a~
You can download blender here:
www.blender.org/

This actually help, but at first when I followed the steps. The model in PMD looked too weird until it was the Ground Shadow. I got it fix.

Where is the .X files pluggin for Blender ?

AnjuSendo In reply to Nikalou [2014-06-25 11:11:15 +0000 UTC]

do you use version 2.48a?
If not, I'm unable to help you, as I'm not using blender anymore v.v
If you're using 2.48a, it should already have this export and import ability

Nikalou In reply to AnjuSendo [2014-06-25 15:53:28 +0000 UTC]

I can export in .X,it's good,I've find.
But I search to import, and it's not possible with options already loaded in Blender.

well... I only know as much as I explained in the pictures above... But google is always a good option looking for plug-ins ^^
Or maybe the blender website (blender.org I think was the website's name) has some?
I'm not using blender anymore, so that's all I still know xx;

one question.....where i can quit the cube? I donΒ΄t know where you go to quit it Q-Q

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Nikalou In reply to asiersempai [2014-06-24 18:38:38 +0000 UTC]

For deleted cube, in Blender, select it with "select tool" and you can delete the cube with left click > delete or with the Del button.
Or in PMDE,use "V menu"("Windows")>M (the second if you have the japnese version,or it's "Layers" I think...)and,with "Show Vertices" (the green points in down-left of "View window"),you can see the "layer" you want to delete. If isn't the latest,it's the first I think...
It's all,good luck !

Hey, uh...what should I do, when the model (in Blender) stays grey when I try to make the textures show? You know, I can't open the X file in PMD etc. I'd be so happy if you helped.Β

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

AnjuSendo In reply to Shizukana-heya [2014-05-19 06:17:29 +0000 UTC]

If it stays grey, try saving it as a (I think it was a filename with 3 in it. Sorry, I can't really remember since I'm not using blender anymore v.v) and load that file again and than save this file as the x file. It should work to load this x file in pmd, if I remember correctly... But you'll have to adjust the textures after it opens the x file.
I hope I could help a little xx

Okay, maybe I'm just stupid, but...I can't get her to stand up. I keep clicking on the small box at the model's feet. The sphere showed up once, but when I tried to move it so the model would stand, it disappeared. Now, it won't return.

Sorry. I'm SUCH a novice at this. I really want to get at least one though.

DeadFantasyFreak In reply to ??? [2013-04-25 20:54:25 +0000 UTC]

Never mind. I got it! Thank you! At least I finally understand how the process works. I'll be referring to this often for a while, lol.

DeadFantasyFreak In reply to ??? [2013-04-25 20:52:25 +0000 UTC]

Aww, man! It was going so well, but I can't make the block disappear. It's just deleting the MA files, but the box stays.

...That can't be good, right?

I still don't understand how to colour the model.

I've clicked "Texture Paint" from the drop down box.
The model doesn't magically colour itself like it seems to in the tutorial and I can't seem to "paint" anything on the model when I tried clicking/dragging.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

AnjuSendo In reply to paloiu222 [2013-03-29 10:28:22 +0000 UTC]

I don't know than... It doesn't paint itself^^ It just shows the colour the model is in ^^ I can't really explain more than in the tutorial I don't use blender or pmd editor anymore, sorry v.v
