Here is a tutorial how to add spa/sph files to a model^^Remeber to always read the readme/ look in the description of the model you download, before taking a spa/sph file from it!

I tried to make a change to a models hair and then when i loaded the model in mmd the models bones were there, but no model... got any help on that issue

how do you find out wich is the hair color? cvuz i cant figure it out

You use the english pmd editor, right?
Click the M Button on top of the pmd view window and select on the bottom the green dots.
Then go through aaall the ma files until the green dots are around the hair.
Search for this MA file in the normal pmd editor window and than put your sph/spa into the sphere ^^

It's really weird, whenever I add a metal .spa file it works in PMDE, but when I open it in MMD it goes back to normal. I then go reopen the model in PMDE to fix it, but then the parts I added the .spa file into are white... help? ;_;

Hmm, that's odd. Maybe you have to rename the models name with Nam [metal.spa] ? And if the sphere is white again: This happens to my spheres a lot
