An eldritch horror from a realm outside of existence, this unperceivable being was the one who guided Termina and Koholint as the unknown force, from finding each other to inspiring them to expand their race to even instructing them to plant the seed to grow the Fruit of Transcendence. In actuality the Fruit itself was a conduit for the eye’s power and when the couple ingested it, the eye’s power manifested the creature while siphoning the couple’s power to anchor its existence within Mythica. As it bided its time and grew its power within the creature’s jug, it did not count on the creature being defeated by the four heroes. Now that its rest was cut short and being discovered by the heroes, the eye has no choice but to enact the final stages of its plan; erase the entire Universe and replace it with its own realm.
Third Eye of the One is an eldritch abomination, a being whose very existence defies the rules of nature and/or existence and is defined by its disregard for the natural laws of the universe as we understand them. They wield godlike powers and are, for the most part, not bound by the laws of the universe. Their true form cannot be grasped by mortal beings and may be interpreted differently by different individuals/species, with others creating a collective delusion of their form. These interpretations can range from the unusual to the awe-inspiring, to the mind-shatteringly terrifying. It is rare, but not unheard of, for the presence of such a being to benefit the universe it currently inhabits.

Absolute Domination: The user can dominate virtually anything and everything, regardless of their immunities, resistances, or negations. Users are capable of conquering entire worlds, stars, solar systems, galaxies, universes, and even transcendent beings. If the user's conquest is not dealt with then they'll eventually conquer, dominate, and subjugate everything there is to be conquered, resulting in the user holding total dominion over all of existence.

Alien Mind: The inner workings of the user's mind differ greatly from what could be considered "normal" or "sane" by the standards of most living things. Possible causes include being descended from an eldritch being, suffering from severe mental problems or being infused with chaotic forces.
This condition has several beneficial effects, as the differences between the mind of the user and normal people give them immunity to mental or dream based powers of all kinds. Powers such as Telepathy or Mind Control will at best, not work on the user, and at worst, backfire . Anyone foolish enough to invade the user's Inner World will find it an uninhabitable deathtrap. Even using Mental Shield Penetration on the user can be dangerous as their thoughts might start leaking and infecting anyone nearby.

Formlessness: The user possesses no permanent form and is ever changing and ever shifting. The user can change into anything, scatter and reform at will. The user can also shift out of the way of attacks.
Mind's Eye: User has or develops The Mind's Eye (also known as the inner eye or third eye) a mystical, esoteric and mental concept referring to a speculative invisible eye which provides perception beyond ordinary sight. In certain dharmic spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, the third eye refers to the ajna, or brow, chakra. In Theosophy it is related to the pineal gland. The third eye refers to the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness.

Power Bestowal: The user can give superpowers to others, either permanently or temporarily.
Prehensile Eye-Stalk: User can make their eyes/eye-stalks stretch/extend and hold/manipulate objects like an extra limb.
Reality Warping: The user can manipulate reality or the existential state of anything or everything the user chooses to command. Reality is the sum or aggregate of all that is real or existent within a system. Everything that humanity has categorized as real or possesses a physical impact on their surrounding area can be defined as actual. From the laws of physics ( matter, energy, space-time ), the universe to intangible phenomena such as logic is considered to exist.
How reality warping actually works is the user overwrites their target's current existential state, for example, a super-earth. The user pastes their interpretation of what the super-earth should be, a mercury-size-planet or massive illuminated brown dwarf. Another example is overwriting the universe, erasing or pasting their exposition over the original universe. It is similar to editing a word document, erasing and overwriting existing content to provide space for the original content. Not to be confused with an advanced variant of reality warping: Existence Manipulation . Users of existence manipulation shape their target instead of pasting over its current state, enabling them to alter the existence or actuality of their target freely.
Reality Warping is a general term for characters to manipulate reality; they can utilize anything. From matter and energy, due to its interconnectivity with the layers of reality, potent cosmic or psionic powers , space-time, overwhelming emotions , dreams , imagination , and fundamental forces . The most common (as well as the most powerful and pure) variant of reality warping is Mentifery , the power to manipulate reality through the power of the mind. These two superpowers are often indistinguishable, both wielding the same properties and control, except Mentifery possesses raw power and enormous potential due to being fueled by the mind, considered the most powerful concept or source in the universe to its complexity and mysterious nature. Users can materialize their imagination, thoughts, dreams, or mind into the material world and shape them to shift reality according to their willpower. The main limitations of reality warping are an advanced variation of the superpower or understanding the sophistication of reality itself; everything requires understanding to be used effectively.
At basic or advanced levels, the user can manifest their imagination (beings or objects) into reality, generating corporeal forms of their role models, superpowers, families, pets, to fantasy, bend reality to cause only beneficial events to happen only to the user , denying the laws of physics, or re-editing their current condition to achieve godhood. At master or ultimate scale, the user overrides anything tangible on a large scale, shaping massive quantities of planets, stars, or galaxies into any form the user desires, manipulating the laws of physics that they can only benefit from or make beings suffer from their renewed laws, or warping the universe akin to photo editing. Due to reality warping's potential , the user can manipulate the universe , multiverse , omniverse , possible totality , and even anything that doesn't possess a tangible form or is nonexistent .
Supreme Observation: User can observe/view/watch everything, everywhere, everywhen, and everyhow at the exact same time and regardless of where or when it is or might be. They can view realities outside of the whole of existence, into dimensions shielding against every form of observation, see the lives and connections that tie together anything/everything and the thoughts and dreams of every creature/entity/demon/god or eldritch horror that exists or doesn't exist. They can view out into the boundless emptiness and nonexistence where isolated and locked entities dwell.
All that is, isn't, might, might not, could, could not, can, can't and won't exist is visible and laid bare before the user, and nothing can be hidden from their eyes.
Unlike perception , which is the power to perceive anything/everything, this power only enables the user to observe/view/watch everything.
