This is my first attempt at making a solid timeline for Ádelon. This may change in the future.

Circa 500 million years ago: Anorith existed in the primordial seas of earth, it’s eight legs eventually evolving into wings. It is believed to be the ancestor of all bug Pokémon.

Circa 360 million years ago: The events of Gormiti Luxion (Gormiti Ádelon) takes place. Four elemental tribes (Rock, Wind, Water, and Wood) unite and, with the help of Leander, defeat Drakonius and Cerbante, current leaders of the Evil tribe.

Circa 300 million years ago: An ancient versions of Genesect roamed the Earth. Kabuto and Kabutops lived in the sea. The two species of Pokémon were not directly related, despite similarities.

Circa 280 million years ago: Obscurio is born around this time. The events of Gormiti Morphogenesis takes place. The Gormiti travel from Earth to another dimension, later called the Isle of Gorm.

280-200 million years ago: The events of Gormiti series 1-3 takes place. The Gormiti are wiped out by Magor, Magmion, and Lavion. The Old Sage, guardian of the Gormiti, creates the eye of life and the Gormiti are reborn. Magor places a curse on the first series lords of nature, causing them to fight one another instead of the lava gormiti. Generations later, the second series lords compete in a tournament to decide who will bring peace to Gorm. The lord of the sea gormiti, Carrapax, wins the tournament, but is ambushed by Orrore, lord of volcano gormiti. All four lords unite to defeat Orrore, bringing peace to Gorm. The lord of the air gormiti, Helios, is tempted by Magor to betray the other lords with new atomic powers, leading to the air gormiti to fight on the side of evil. With little hope, the lords summon the supreme Luminos to aid the third series lords of good against Magor. Magor also summons Obscurio to aid the lords of evil. Luminos gains Mythos powers, so does Obscurio, Luminos gains powerful beasts, so does Obscurio, the first series lords are brought back to life, etc. To prevent Magor from gaining the eye of life, Luminos throws the eye of life into space. This puts a stop to Magor’s plans, but also puts the isle in grave danger.

Circa 200 million years ago: The events of Gormiti Final Evolution take place. The eye is flung back to the isle, causing the third series lords to evolve into different tribes (Light becomes Sun, Darkness becomes Moon, Earth becomes Diamond, Forest becomes Burning Forest, Sea becomes Ice, Air becomes Fossil, Volcano becomes Metal). The eye splits into five orbs and grants the first series lords atomic powers. In their final battle for Gorm, the lords of good and evil accidentally create a dimensional bubble that pulls in all of the lords and Magor, dooming them to never return to Gorm. The only ones who avoid this fate are Magmion, Lavion, and Orrore. The Old Sage travels to Earth, currently in the age of dinosaurs, and leaves the four orbs of good in the claws of a yet to hatch Razzle to await the new lords of nature for millions of years.
