2006-2007: The events of Totally Spies! season 6 takes place.

2009: In Kanto, Chase and/or Elaine and Trace begin their own Pokémon journey, meeting Professor tree, gaining a pet, beating the gym people, facing the Evil Team Rocket? Again?, face the Top Four, and finally the champion: Trace.

In the Paldea region, the brilliant Professors Sada and Turo invent a time machine that brings Paradox Pokémon into the present. However, one of the Professors began to become obsessed with their research, continuing the influx of Paradox Pokémon into the modern day in her pursuit of a paradise for their family. Shortly after Arven was born, the other Professor left them, driving them deeper into their work. This estrangement was intensified by their search for a more suitable assistant, leading to the creation of an artificial intelligence copy of themselves. After a terrible accident involving two territorial Paradox Pokémon, the Professor perished, leaving the AI to manage the remnants of their work.

2011: In the Unova region, Hilbert, Hilda, Cheren and Bianca begin their own Pokémon journey, meeting Professor tree, gaining a pet, beating the gym people, facing the Evil Team Plasma, face the Top Four, and finally the champion: Alder.

The modern-day Core Skylanders led by the veteran Portal Master, Master Eon, prepare for battle as the evil Portal Master, Kaos, returned from his exile to once again attempt to destroy the Core of Light and rule Skylands as its emperor. By Eon's command, the Skylanders fought valiantly against Kaos's dark forces, but as they were winning the struggle, Kaos released his Hydra, who successfully destroyed the Core of Light in a devastating blast.
Shortly after the Core's destruction, the Skylanders who guarded it were banished from Skylands to Earth, where they were turned into toys and await for a new Portal Master to find them. Although Master Eon survived the destruction of the Core of Light, he became a spirit and was unable to fight Kaos and The Darkness, leaving the duty of leading the Skylanders to a new, young Portal Master: a young girl named Iris. Iris and the Skylanders prevail in stopping Kaos and saving Skylands.

2012: Iris had recovers a Giant, one of the first Skylanders, and Master Eon seeks her out in order to save Skylands once again from a new threat (Kaos, but more robotic). Iris, the Skylanders, and the Giants, prevail in stopping Kaos from ruling Skylands with an army of Arkeyan robots.

2013: In Unova, Nate and Rosa begin their own Pokémon journey, meeting Professor tree, gaining a pet, beating the gym people, facing the Evil Team Plasma, face the Top Four, and finally the champion: Iris.
