c. 1617: Rolycoly is first discovered in a coal mine.

Circa 1699: The first Poké Balls are invented.
The Diamond Clan and Pearl Clan lived in the Hisui region. They share a deity called almighty Sinnoh, but argue whether it created space or created time.
The Galaxy Expedition Team comprised of people from many regions arrived in Hisui to explore the land, document the Pokémon, and settle the region.

The events of Pokémon Legends: Arceus occur. Giratina, seeking revenge for being sealed in the Distortion World, creates a space-time distortion in the Hisui region with the help of Volo. To combat the duo, Arceus plucks a young Rei from another time and place, gave him a device called the Arc Phone and tasked him with "seeking out all Pokémon". Through many trials and battles, Rei destroyed the space-time rift and return the region back to normal.

c. 1713: Parfum Palace is built.

c. 1811: Village Bridge is constructed by a man and his Gurdurr after the river flooded the area.
The island that would become Liberty Garden is bought by an ultra-rich family and Victini is hidden in a backroom.

c. 1849: Brass Tower burns to the ground, killing three Pokémon inside. Lugia flees to the Whirl Islands while Ho-Oh resurrects the three as the Legendary beasts and flies off in search of a pure-hearted Trainer.

1883-1900: The Sisterhood (an ancient guild of warrior women who wanted to be superior to all men and “inferior females”) is active around this time. One of their “chosen ones,” a newborn girl, would be the great-great-great grandmother of Samantha Simpson.

c. 1911: The warehouses of Nacrene City are constructed.
Klink begin to appear in Chargestone Cave.
Roggenrola is discovered in an earthquake fissure.
