Instructions
For Portable
1. Extract the contents of this download directly into your foobar2000 folder.
For Standard
1. Extract to "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\foobar2000\\"
1a. Also extract the "Configuration" folder to "C:\\users\\appdata\\roaming\\foobar2000\\"Β Β
2. Install the provided font located in skins->Zetro->font (only if you do not have Segoe UI)
Make sure to look in the provided Help folder for more instructions. (The help files were made for an older version of Zetro but are still applicable)
If you want credit for your image, just say so
If you want an image removed, you can say that too

the image link is no good so I can't see what you are referring to.
Those errors are the result of the skin not finding the scripts which is because of how you installed it. Try a portable install
You want the album art to display in the background instead of artist art? Right click on the side bar->Splitter Settings->Script tab...now look in the code for the bit under the Background heading and replace this;

hey man, first off thanks for making this skin, it's beautiful.
i was wondering, is there an easy way to change certain words' colour? i'd like for the words "by" and "from" (refering to the artist and album on the 'songs' view) to show in a darker shade so it's easier to read.
i'd appreciate any hints you could give me, since i'm not too familiar with ELPlaylist customization. cheers!
oh, and another thing: how could i change the dimensions of the album thumb? since most of the covers look a little bit horizontally stretched. thanks!

That's a great theme you've made but is there a way to get a local fanart to be shown in the background ? (I keep mine in %artist%/fanart.JPG)
And is it possible to stop it from creating the Images folders ? I'm a bit anal with the organization of my music folders and I already have the pictures I want (a square one and a background one).

Hi, I have met a problem here. In order to show an album whith only 3 songs in the library, I change the "minimum song per group" to 3. And the the songs shows well in libary, but when I play it ,Β the foorbar2000 not responding, only playing the song. If I try to closed the foobar2000, it crashed. The file format is .VW .Β
It work well at zetro2.7
Cn you help me to fixed it? Thanks in advanced.

hi. I love your foobar skin. I just have to ask one question. When I drag music into foobar player, it automatically creates image folder, and It's kinda annoying. Is there any way to stop creating image folder?Β

Yes, another update. Really appreciate the new new playlist button (no more playlist properties prompt).

If you want to apply it to standard mode, follow below;
1. Install foobar anywhere but under C:\Program Files\ orΒ C:\Program Files (x86)\ - It will cause UAC problem
2. Extract all content to C:\Users\yourID\AppData\Roaming\foobar2000
3. Copy skins folder to your foobar installed folder
and .... enjoy it

There seems to be a small error in the Albums Now Playing section when when a different Group/Sort is newly added or chosen such as "Album" or "Artist" is picked. The cover artwork collapses in itself unlike the default "Artist - Date - Album" is.Β Going to Settings (within track listings) > Grouping > Look at Row number of group header > It's got $if(%el_is_collapsed%,7,4) while the other twoΒ have $if(%el_is_collapsed%,7,3) causing the collapse.Β Β www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=aβ¦

For those that add their own sort list like myself just change the 3 to 4 or highlight "Artist - Date - Album" and press New to copy the settings off that. I also chose under "Behaviour" tab to click off the "Collapse all groups when playlist is changed" as the image above shows for those interested.
For those interested to add in the playcount as shown in image above, paste this code: %play_count%Β |Β
Go Settings (within track listings) > Grouping > Script tab > Track list > Scroll down to //--> Playback Time portion and paste it on both drawstrings. Then go to Per Second tab and scroll down to //--> Playback Time and paste the same code in both drawstriings. That's it. Also caution that I do not use ratings so you may have to move it to compensate. I can't help on that.

no. normally if you click on library and the library view unfolds on the right side. you see all the albums sorted firstly by the first letter of the band name and then secondly by the starting letter of the album. And would like it to be secondly sorted by tha album release year instead of the starting letter.

I apologize ahead of time if this question's already been asked and answered (a million+/- times)Β Β ..but was wondering how to enable the taskbar preview's play / pause / << back / >> forward, etc.Β buttons in Windows 8? Seemed to be there when I first installed and loaded the Zetro skin/theme, which I appreciated tremendously since the out of package foobar doesn't include that nifty lil feature that I'd enjoyed on other music players (winamp, itunes etc.) before then. I've done some tinkering and messed around with a slew of options to get Zetro to look and work how I want, but I don't know what I've done to disable this particular feature, where it is in the options to be changed, and of course, how to undo it. Oh, yeah I noticed that. I just thought that a "now playing" tab would be useful because usually my friends will send me a like 10 new albums or something and I toss it right in and play and when I hear a song I like, there's no way for me to find out which song is playing (I strictly use the albums tab) without clicking on every album until I see the buffering bar on it haha. I mean, other than that, this is by FAR the best foobar theme ever created. period.

That sounds like some of the required plugins are not being found by the player.
Are you using a portable install? If so just extract all the folders in the rar file directly into your foobar2000 folder. The one that has all the plugins is called "user-components"

There is an option when you install foobar to do so in portable mode. Just reinstall it. www.dropbox.com/s/owt7qxmifp9oβ¦
With portable mode you can't associate files with foobar if you haven't done that already so do that first if you need to. There is a way around that though by removing the "portable_mode_enabled" file and putting this into your foobar folder www.dropbox.com/s/3ba7st4qs3og⦠; run foobar, associate files and then close it. Just undelete the "portable_mode_enabled" file and it will be portable again.

Hi, I've noticed two things that annoy me or I'm just doing something wrong.
1. You cannot view all your songs while being on ANY playlist - Library is good and all but I would like to view them on a song by song basis, not an over-view of artists or however its set up. Now i can live and be fine with this if my second issue can be solved
2. There is NO WAY too add a song to a playlist. None. At all. I would like to be able to use my playlist that has all the music in it (well I'm forced to use that or it won't show the music how I want to see it) and be able to search the song, right click > add to playlist > chosen playlist. This does not exist, why? I don't see how anyone else is making specific playlists or yet alone why it would be so much more complicated than this.Β

It's the latter
You can just add all you songs to a single playlist and use the "songs" view.
While in a playlist you can simply go to one of the views(albums, artist, songs) and either drag and drop folders and/or songs into it or Menu button>File>Add..

I managed to find an option in settings that allows me to add a send to playlist button in utilities, which does what I was looking for, so It's all good now

I love this skin a lot and i just spent the last day fixing up my library to look nice in it (art tags etc).Β Everything's great, but I'm having an issue where double albums, albums with bonus discs or whatever are displaying properly in now playing view, but overlap "01 01 02 02 03 03 etc" in library view.Β Library view doesnt seem to recognize embedded artwork either (again, playlist view does).Β is there an easy way to fix the librar up?Β

I have the same problem as you, but i had fixed it. you can change the JScript code of the Library, at the line 1000, the the code as below:

That's because it's loading the songs and the playlist that are found in the folder, that annoys me too but I'm not sure how to change that behaviour.

Under albums tab, right click and press settings. Now go under the Field Definition tab and alter the TEXT.COLOUR : 255-255-255 to some other number.

Hi, absolutely love your skin, but Ive got some problems with the displays.
im running this on win8.1. Im not sure if its a windows 8 thing but both the font and the window is out of scales. eg Fonts would overlap and the side scroll bar would only show half.
Another problem is that when i am clicking between the album and artists and songs tab there is this weird white flashing for 1 second, i believe its suppose to be some sort of animation that I cant view properly.
I had removed the metro buttons and added window frame, because its behaving strangely. once I double click it to make the window larger, I cant make it smaller or drag the window, it seems like the top bar just loss its function.
the art picture is also not displaying correctly in the tabs some times, but not all
sorry its really long here, but I really liked your skin and hope to get it working, is there a way to fix these problems?
