Thinking about it: why would you put something like a giant scorpion together with a basically defenseless dragonfly? Nigel would probably have to go back a few times to get some... spare specimens xD

I was thinking the same thing. Just because they're not vertebratesΒ doesn't mean they won't have quarrels.
Yup. I only there was a way to get that Crassigyrinus scoticus back to the park. Thanks to that show I know how to spell and pronounce that off the top of my head. Though I was completely autodidactic when I learned to spell and pronounce pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.

Indeed, any one who has one of those as a pet knows they're gonna eat something if given the chance. And looking at how scorpions todat hunt flying bugs...
One can't have everything, I guess xD

Yeah. It seems weird that the terror bird hasn't attacked anyone. Like, Bob was merely annoyed by it when it broke out, when it's a freaking giant killer bird that well....kills things!
Yes. Plus the cave bear. And dem subliminal panda messages.

Also, was it me or why did the ornithomimosaurs always have those arms ridiculously sticking in front of it?

mhm. I love shows I love getting roasted for some reason. I remember now. Nigel and Saba manages to somehow fit a gigantic-ass Smilodon into the back of the jeep, and Nigel ran away with a piece of Toxodon meat. From a big cat. You never run away from a big cat. Or a bear. Or from an angry bull elephant. Nigel did all three.

Yeah, the animals in Prehistoric Park suffer a lot from this disease of not being able to catch up anymore with things slower than themselves if the thing is a protagonist from the future. Also, predators have this habit of not immediately going for the kill if they do manage to get close (that first T. rex pack encounter)
Nigel should marry Clair from Jurassic World. She outrun a rex in high heels. And they both own(ed) a prehistoric park.

Yeah, also, there's this knack I've seen with mammoths in paleodocs, in that they're always trumpeting and roaring. AFAIK, elephants don't constantly do that.
Yeah, the pack encounter. The baby was dead. AND WHY ROAR AT YOUR PREY? You're only giving yourself away.
Yeah, he's taken. 125 times a year is enough, anyway.
But I do remember reading fanfics in which Nigel and Suzanne developed a romantic relationship. Β

Yeah, it's weird that mammoths suffer from the same problem. If there's clear modern analogue, it should be obvious on how to let them behave.
Oh well, would be funnier if it was him and Bob xD

Yeah. Plus when the mammoth does the gesture for trumpeting, it roars.
AH! Why did I never think of that before? Better than Twilight, that's for sure.
