Description [Sanded] - Blade Section

This is what the keyblade will look like after being sanded. I suggest if you follow this tutorial to the detail, that you not sand this all in one day >_>.

To sand this down to what it is (it has a edge like a real sword), I had to sand so much of it off, and it messed up my wrist for 3 days.

I sanded this down with a dremel, and I had to go threw a few dremel sander bits, so i suggest picking up a few before attempting this, and use a ROUGH sand paper.

Plus my dremel is high class, so take it easy when making this.

As I said before, I am not responsible for any injuries occurred while making this keyblade. I didn't make this keyblade without getting hurt, trust me.

I have a question:: I've never ever dealt with a sword to I was wondering if you give 3D dimensions to both sides of the blade. I mean like the part where the neting goes is raised slightly and then the other side of the blade is flat or raised as well???

xDD I hope that makes sense.

Both sides are the same but going to the appropriate sides, like if a detail section is going to the right on one side, on the other side that same detail will be heading to the left? I hope that makes sence O:, and don't worry the question was understandable n_n.

Thank you for the comment :3

Hey. instead of useing a dremel to sand it you could try a belt sander or a rasp...a rasp is kind of like a dremel it just takes off wood faster then a dremel would. i used it to shape the handle of my keyblade...>.> <.< and to fix some parts that I had problems with the jigsaw. just a sugestion.

Relax, Vince it's pretty good for a first time. Besides you did say there are chances of getting injured, since you are proof it, so no one can't really say you didn't say anything about it.
