I'd like to ask a silly question...I'm interested in making Anime wallpaper using images from the internet of course and I was wondering is the process similar to this tutorial? And could you tell me what the layers do. I've looked up explanations on the internet but those who write them end up confusing me. And by the way this is the prettiest wallpaper ever.
