I had to try out this style ever since I saw this video [link] . It was so cute!
One of the new things I tried was a different way of sketching that is different from my normal way of sketching. And I have to say, I really liked it. It took me back to how I used to sketch as a kid and it really brought continuity into this piece, making it look far more natural and less rigid. So I plan to do that far more.
I also like the style, mainly the approach to hair, so much more loose and free. I really like that and might use it again.
And yes, no horn. I left it out on purpose.
