Though, if you want details,
the eyes look strange and the nose is too sharp.
Now the good parts..
gotta love the mane, I never get that one properly; the horn seems in a fair enough place too.. The ears look perfect!

THANK YOU! I knew the eyes were off but I can't place my finger on what to do to fix them. But I am really glad you told me about the nose, I didn't see that.

I did use a reference image because it was my first time drawing and coloring in Twilight Sparkle.My Twilight Sparkle image doesn't look like reference image I did used which was a different image than the one in your link.
