I originally created it as a concept startup boot animation for a windows 8 system.... I made others also and submitted them to Microsoft as well as some other windows features content, I and others were working on at the time. But this is for windows 7 both 32 & 64bit systems. All of the things I made for Microsoft concept, were sent to them and I was requested from them to remove all from the net, the one you see is the only one I was allowed to post because it was not going to be used by them at that time or in the future.
