Windows 8 Concept Boot Screen*ATTENTION* LATEST UPDATE 10/2/13 : After a heck load of time trying to understand how the program works (yeah im sorry for having a slow brain ._.) IT IS FINALLY DONE, COMPLETED, FINISHED. Get it here now [link]
My hand was itching to create a conceptual UI or something related to it. Metro seemed quite nice so I decided to make one boot screen based on it. AVI format included at 1920x1080.

Sure. You can use Windows 7 Boot Updater to create boot screen for Windows 7 using your animation. You can convert the AVI file into required format using the utilities mentioned at their website:

You can only have one animation in Windows 7 boot screen. So you'll need to put whole animation of your AVI in animation part of the software.
