Description
On the Day of Judgment,Celestial bodies align
On the Day of Judgment,
Bitter cold replaces warmth
On the Day of Judgment,
Light brings, not salvation, but destruction
as life watches itself die
I just love penguins don't you?
Anyway, I'm really proud of this piece as it is the most realistic one I've created so far. I really tried to give the atmosphere a bleak frozen look, and the meteors I did my best to make them as realistic as possible. Three Terragen renders, a little snow and some Photoshop postwork and this is what you get.

Terragen 9

Yeah, the planets are exact copies of each other. I'll be sure to avoid doing that next time.
But thanks for your comment and the fav!

I like it, the concept is awsome
It really looks cold an icy, colors, glitter, penguins (xD) are great and all fit to each other I'm really impressed
Titel choice is also good It's strong and simple.
But for me it also represents a dream, because of colors - purity, the "alternative worlds" in background - surrealism and, well, for me it's not "frightening" jugment, more like judgment - fulfilment, something that everyone was waiting for. I feel just calm looking at it. Beautiful

Thank you very much! ^^
I love hearing what other people's interpretations and feelings are about a piece. Makes me see different aspects of the piece that not even I saw before. Thank you.

Wow I love that water, incredible. The black frame is really fitting to the white centre piece, well done man.

You've done it again! Amazing work
Love the icy textures and meteors~ The only critique I would have is that you may have overdone it with the other planets in the background, but that's just a nitpick. Truly great job

Well, I kind of wanted there to be numerous planets that are aligned in order to emphasize the importance of there being an important event taking place. I probably could have used different kinds of planets to make it look better, so I'll keep that in mind next time.
But I appreciate your input and comment. And especially the fav.

Wow thanks Chris! I've learned to harness the sharpen filter, which I learned is essential to making planets.
And thanks for the fav and support! ^^

That's sick. One thing..the planets look like truplcates..if they are..don't lol. Using three different looks would be better.

Lol, yeah they are actually. I'm new to planets and they can be tedious to make. But I guess it's worth the time so I'll just have to make time.
Thanks for your input.
