First off what's the white on the hands for it looks unnecessary not sure what it's doing there at all as Venom's hands are the same color as his body. Your color choice is nice i think you've use your palette well. The torso of venom seems to small compared to his body and the head also looks big not sure what style you're going for. the foot needs to be smaller and shaped doesn't really look like a foot. But all around this looks like a nice piece. Well done on the venom pixel art, it looks very nice.
