OH NO! Kip got ahold of Ambers staff while they were out playing in the forest! Kip was so excited and he performed a magical spell which turned the gang into puppies!

but... wait a minute, that spell is radiating across the world, how powerful is kips magic!? When amber gets up, shes surrounded by pink smoke, and sees Yippers looking like a potato, cherry is confused and upset, and maddox cant believe his luck, he has his tail again! except... This spell didnt effect just the gang, no, EVERY NEBULRUFF IS A PUPPY!? every phoeline is a kitten! This. is. chaos. We need to find a way to reverse the spell, and fast! I dont know how much teething and barking I can handle!

FOR THIS EVENT: Draw your nebulruff as a baby! If theyre a merruff/nebulruff, make them a puppy, if theyre a phoeline, make them a kitten!

DO NOT MAKE JUST A SMALLER VERSION OF YOUR NEB!!
Puppies typically only have common and some uncommon traits, have fun with this! down-grade the traits your neb has and make em nice n smol! (no items needed)
