This is my guide to make Nuka Cola caps. I've been experimenting with different ways and I think this is the best so far. Hope you enjoy.Edit:

or do what i did.
1) buy blank bare metal caps on ebay (and a cheap cap press if you want to make bottled nuka)
2) buy transparent water slide decal sheets
3) make decals (look up a video for that)
4) place decals on top of caps (if you look at the caps in game you'll see that the edges are bare metal not red)
5) (optional) wash, sand, decal, and fill coke bottles (with coke or nuka which you can find the recipe for online) and seal the bottles with your nuka caps and some cheap bottle press you found on ebay.

I'm thinking of doing something like this as a prop for my NCR Ranger cosplay.
Might use a clear-coat spray at the end though to hold the label on
