Interesting idea at the end to add the artifact in the final piece. Makes it look like someone got a low quality screen cap off of youTube or someting.

I have a question, though. I have Photoshop Elements 6.0, so I don't have the Stroke option to make the outline around the text. Do you know if there's any other way to do it?
