tumblr just a doodle really but I actually like it better than the fullcolor one I did of this pairing so I'm putting it here as well... both are for for drawing me a sketch request at a time when I really needed it thank you so much again!

Awwwwwwww! On my first playthrough I paired Sully with Lon'qu. But now I'm on my second playthrough and I paired these two up. Much better couple. ^_^

The world has a multitude of mixed colors that we're used to seeing everyday
So when use of color is restricted, it catches our attention faster
But positive response to lack of color only happens when the use of color is creative, like it is here

Putting these two together balances things out nicely as far as stats go; for me, Sully is pretty quick and skilful but average in strength and defence; Stahl handles that but is a bit slower, so together they're a force to be reckoned with... and a pretty good couple. Carry on the legacy!

Yeah, in my first file I had them fight together a lot, and it got to the point where I started having to leave them behind because otherwise they could clear maps all on their own, haha. (Actually that's a problem I tend to have on older FEs as well, where I'll keep sending cavaliers ahead in early chapters and letting other units miss EXP).

I tend to favour myrmidons, mercenaries and wyvern riders as my key units. After playing Awakening a lot, I got sold on Dark Mages (or, more specifically, a certain yandere Dark Mage).

I use cavaliers a lot more in earlier chapters before my mages have been trained up, but once they have been, I tend to prefer sages/bishops over everything else. Myrmidons are always a lot of fun to use, though, and I like pegasus knights despite their frustrating weakness to arrows. I seem to prefer the most versatile units, hence I usually promote cavaliers to paladins.
Haha, Tharja's a fun character, and can't argue that she's a beast! The Dark Mages are practically unstoppable once you can buy Nosferatu.

My army's usually versatile, but I often wind up getting axe users from promotions as I have iffy luck with Fighters sometimes - either their speed or defence stinks.
