I've been gone for far far too long, and I'm still as of today unable to scan and load new pictures however although I don't do a lot of coloring of my drawings, I thought I would give this particular piece a whirl, as the pen and ink drawing is by far the most popular piece I have.So here is the color version. Its digitally colored (in PhotoDeluxe!!!) of my original pen and ink.
If there is enough interest, I may consider making this available as a poster. Enjoy.

I don't know why Toho hasn't done this yet, Cthulhu and R'lyeh are in public domain, so a Godzilla vs. Cthulhu isn't that far fetched.
