Description
Here is an original character I made (with no name yet), after being inspired bythe Avatar series of elemental masters.

He is a Sand bender, able to manipulate sand at will. He can turn sand dunes into solid walls or a sand tsunami. Sand tornadoes can also arise.

Sand benders are very versatile, because they can achieve the hardness of Earth benders (sand walls), the fluidity of Water benders (tidal sand wave), the swiftness of Air benders (sand cyclones), and the fury of Fire benders (natural desert heat).

He is one of the Sand people, denizens of the desert. They are non-human, like elves but with more rounded ears, heightened senses, and superior strength, yet possess human-like physical characteristics. Their bodies are so dense, they sink in water, which they tend to stay away from.

Another characteristic of the sand people, is that they are sand swimmers, able to go subterranean with ease, and at high speeds, too. They have evolved to cope with sand in this way as normal people do to water, that is why their bodies are much denser. And because they are adept at sandy environments, their skin is tough yet smooth, being sanded all the time.
