Description Download for AutoLuminous is here

Good luck and happy eyeburn.
Next one will be about changing settings to make nice random stuff.
Feel free to ask if you have doubts.

EDIT: Some people are saying the file no longer exists. I can't reupload it because I /DIDN'T/ make this effect, so the file isn't mine. I don't do the reupload-other-people's-things thing. I just own the tutorial. Try searching around? Maybe you'll find the effect.

Here's a question... I'm using it for a stage, ye? but it glows so bright that it completly makes the model unseeable, how can I fix this?

accesoery manipulation tab
change
1.00 to 0,40 that would hep

My models end up glowing/are too bright when using Autoluminous on stages, how can I make my models appear normal?

Nesalia-chan In reply to LadyLilith17 [2018-04-14 16:38:55 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

TheEmoWarrior12 In reply to SpicyyNoodles [2016-06-08 00:48:57 +0000 UTC]

Well. Go to the object you want to make glow in the materials tab. You need to turn the speculator (Tablets autocorrect  is autocorrecting that sorry) to black. Then go to the reflect and change the number to 110. Then save the model. Hope that helps ^_^

shadownyaa [2015-04-12 21:09:41 +0000 UTC]

Why is every tutorial for models? What about backgrounds? It only glows red, I want it to glow multiple colors each frame how the heck do I do that using autoluminous?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

lil-shinji In reply to shadownyaa [2015-04-18 05:08:15 +0000 UTC]

i suppose you apply the same options. are you talking about for an accessory or something though?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

shadownyaa In reply to lil-shinji [2015-04-24 04:04:06 +0000 UTC]

Well only way to load the effect for the background is to use the accessory tab. And it works but like I said it doesn't change colors. No way to change it either.

Waelwindows92 In reply to shadownyaa [2015-06-16 19:39:12 +0000 UTC]

Autoluminous is designed for a single color glowing effect, if you want to use multi-colors there is 2 ways to this:

1 - Manipulate the UV's in real-time
2 - Use a modified Autoluminous effect

I don't know how to do the first way, but the second would need shader programming knowledge, Autoluminous and other MME effects are written in HLSL code so if you successfully learn in it then you can make a modified ver. of the Autoluminous effect
