Looks like finally got his claws on Ruby and subjected her to the Rouge Woman treatment. Her weapon power is "Ruby Stunner", a charegeble electric blast that can also turn into an electric whip.

Ever since Archie Comics did the Sonic and Megaman crossover, I wanted to design Roboticized Master versions of my characters (or at least turn Rej into a Robot Master), but had neither the time or the inspiration for new designs.

's popular commission of turning characters into Rouge Woman looked liike fun and who knows might spark an idea for a new design for a genuine Ruby Woman.

Like always I asked for a Black and White inked pic so I can colour it myself. Here is the original:
