Yo i spent about 5 howers geting it redey to animate and mabey 30 min to do the animachon witch is why it is a bit robotick at the moment
if you are going to learn flash thats good - start with something simple and bild up from there like a ball then a stick man and so on thats how i started

that's a pretty cool rendered cut out animation...but because it's pretty motionless it feels like a puppet marionette...perhaps a faster frame rate and some few extra blurry frames for wing flutter...
