Custom paintjob for my (slightly) modded Nerf Longshot.Colors inspired by the USMC Pulse rifle from Aliens.

You know, I still think you should paint the slidy-thingy in the middle, but seeing the fluorescent orange peek through the end of the barrel is actually pretty cool. It looks like it's glowing.

When I disassembled it originally, I left out the breech cover, but I think now that it's painted, I'll put it back on and paint it to match.

Just out of curiosity, did you find that the extension only slows the dart down?

we have large impromptu Nerf battles here at school, the extension just gets in the way when you're playing inside, so I've never played with it on... *shrugs*
