Every once in a while deviantART releases a new version of the website.... we are currently on version 7 so the upcoming one is v8 whenever there's a new version there's always lots of people complaining about it, so I think this stamp is pretty much mocking the people who were complaining when v7 came out, because once v8 comes out they'll want v7 back
Does that make sense?
