It was such a special morning with my daughter...she didn't look quite like that...I made her hair longer and fluffier and put shorts over her bikini bottom and replaced a gray t shirt with a loose shirt....it was like walking in golden fog, so quiet and still and closed off....

thanks I didn't quite capture the memory of that morning, so I may try it again some other day....it might require a larger format....it was so peaceful and quiet and secluded, walking the beach with my daughter, taking pictures while she looked for shells

These are okay for now...I think one of the things needed is a longer format...and I was restricting myself to an 8x10 format, 2 or 3 inches short of 'beach' proportions.

I was reaching for peace and intimacy, too. It's just when they were done, especially the one with my son, I realized that part of what I liked about the photos was the combination of long beach view and....isolation, being alone on the beach, and content.

I was having to get some work done fast and decided to, one, cut back on size and two, use existing frames or standard frames without ordering to fit an odd size. If I get the Christmas 'work' done in time I can paint something outside of standard and have time to get frames in. I MUST get my inventory up.

My inventory doesn't sell enough to ever be down. I just give it in gift purges for the most part So think of low inventory as a good thing!
