Description
A long time ago I made another image, "Shores of Orion", also a beach in a far away planet, with two suns. Now I visited the shores of another planet, this time with three moons."Shores of Orion" is still somewhere in my gallery, in case you're interested in seeing it.
Rendered in Vue.

Absolutely gorgeous! The wet texture of the sand, the water, the sky...all incredibly realistic. I can imagine what it would feel like to be walking on that alien beach.

Gorgeous image. I am jealous, because I was never able to get a feel for Vue - and you wield it with such beautiful results. Brilliant work!

Thanks!
Vue is just a matter of practice, really. It's easy to put something quick together but it does take some more time to "take it to the next level". If you ever feel like trying it again and you need some pointers or something, let me know and I'll try to help.

If you're talking about the figure on the top of the rock, near the tree, yes, it is a human.

I love the image, the details are perfect. I absolutely love the reflections in the sand, the slight bit of water...did I mention it's perfect?

Beautiful work. I have to think about what a wild tide cycle and variation would occur with three moons.

I think you're totally right, it would be wild.

Even as an alien planet I like how familiar the experience is. I have been to very broad beaches before with little else than a few rocks and plants to them and this reminds me a lot of those times. Even the pillars like those from broken piers with birds sitting on them
